Reserved covered seating£26.50
Grass Price: £17.00

The Johnny Cash Roadshow is a show not to be missed by avid fans or the casual listener. Prepare for a musical and emotional rollercoaster that truly celebrates the career of a music legend, Johnny Cash.
‘I had the pleasure to see the ‘Johnny Cash Roadshow / Spirit Band’ just this past weekend in Manchester. As a member of this family, the Cash Family, I was in awe of how incredible the performances were.
Clive and his June capture my Grandfather and Grandmother JUST as they were in this world they put a mark in. And not just the focus of the show, being those two talents, but the rest of the crew, absolutely brilliant. I have never seen a stand-up bass spun around that fast, just to predict the perfect punctuation for landing! And don’t get me started on the electric and the drums! AMAZING!’ – Caitlin Crowell, granddaughter of Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash.

Notflix

Saturday 26th May 2018 at 8:30 PM
Reserved covered seating: £15.00

Notflix is a totally improvised comedy-musical based on an audience suggestion of a favourite movie. Using the location, key scenes and characters as jumping off points, a brand new narrative is created. All scenes, songs and vocals are improvised spontaneously by both cast and live band with no preparation or planning. It’s improv, so every show is different; but what remains the same is a joyful, high camp, musical celebration of everything you wish a movie could be.
As demonstration of its overnight success, Notflix has received widespread critical acclaim, including five-star, sell out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe in both 2016 and 2017. In response to overwhelming demand, an additional performance (also a complete sell out) was put on at the Gilded Balloon Debating Hall. Further award-winning performances in 2017 took place at The Vaults Festival and at The Brighton Fringe. Notflix was recommended as Pick of the Fringe 2017 in the Evening Standard, The Sunday Times, Marie Claire and Elle Magazine and they were semi-finalists in the Musical Comedy award.
